Habakkuk 3:17-18 KJV
“Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”
Context & Meaning
Habakkuk's resolve to rejoice despite total economic collapse is one of Scripture's most powerful declarations of faith, "yet I will rejoice" regardless of circumstances.
Psalm 30:5 KJV
“For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

Hard times have a duration limit in God's economy, the night of weeping is real and acknowledged, but morning and joy are equally certain and coming.
